Driving in the snow, oh my gosh, so I had a story for this one. And I always think about this one time back, it had to be like early last year, it might have been around New Year's or a little bit after or something, it was right before COVID shut everything down. I remember I was going up to East Lansing to visit some friends at Michigan State and, you know, we were gonna go out and party and do all that noise. And the weather was fine, there was nothing in the forecast, I had no idea and as soon as I started driving on the freeway, it starts to you know, sprinkle a little bit of snow. And I'm like, ah you know, I don't love driving in the snow it makes me nervous, but I think it'll be fine, just a sprinkle. And within about an hour or like in the course of an hour it developed into like full-blown white out. Everyone's going like twenty-five on the freeway and at that point I was only like halfway there. So I'm like white-knuckling it all the way and I think I passed like 15 or 20 cars that had driven off the road and accidents and all kinds of stuff. So I was just freaked out. I already have really high driving anxiety. It was not good. Yeah, and so by the time I actually got there we were like, everyone was ready to go and I was still trying to recover from like just white knuckles, holding my breath for the hour and half it took me to get there. So that was pretty scary. I really did not like that. I definitely avoid driving in the snow now.
I did watch the Super Bowl. I rooted for the losers because Patrick Mahomes was my QB during fantasy and he didn't lead me astray. I came in second because my opponent had a really good running back that week. But like I had the best quarterbacks, Mahomes and Josh Allen and I was in a two-quarterback league and so like I killed it every week. I do not usually watch the Super Bowl, but I guess now that I'm engaged to a huge sports fan like this is my life now. So we watch it with just different friends. I don't think we've done the same thing every -- any year. And this year we saw his co-workers that he works with every day anyway. I'm vaccinated in the group and think there’s two others that are vaccinated in the group. And then these are co-workers that work in sports and so they're getting rapid tested every day. So we actually tried our best to be super safe about the gathering because none of us have time or want to be those people that get COVID. So it was nice to just like see some people granted *fiancé* sees them every day, but it was kind of exciting. We just ate some snacks and played some squares and I won a lot of money and I've never played squares. So it was exciting to learn what that was, that was making me money towards our wedding.
