One of our team members saw someone using a loom to weave cloth and thought it looked easy, then found out it wasn’t. When was the last time you thought, “I could do that!” then realized you couldn’t?
Oh, there was this — this is like, super niche. This might not even make sense. But — so I work as a software developer, and I saw this demo on X and this guy had this, like, 3D sphere showing up in the web browser, and it was spinning around. It might have been a 3D wireframe. Can’t remember. Or maybe it was a point cloud? It was pretty dope. And then he was able to drag it between two different browser windows and have continuity, and that’s kinda nuts that he was able to do that. I’m not even 100% sure how he did that, but for some reason, I saw it and I was like, “This is — I could do that.” And then I, I spent like maybe half an hour to an hour looking into it, and there’s like this 3D JavaScript library that I’m familiar with called three.js and I tried to look into it, and yeah, I just got nowhere. I was just — I was just like, “Oh.” Yeah, that’s a pretty dope demo. That’s a little outside my, my skill right now.
